Resumen
Migration is of relevance for the authorities of the Lo Prado commune in Santiago de Chile, facing the problem of designing local services that address the immigrant population with the requirement ofknowing the users of public benefits. The objective of the work is to describe the subjectivities associatedwith the well-being of the local immigrant population benefiting from municipal services in a consensus mapthat represents their common characteristics, through the analysis of the information provided by a sampleof twelve key informants, selection by targeted convenience. by the authorities of the Lo Prado commune.An inductive and empirical research methodology is developed, with a qualitative approach of descriptivescope, which applies marketing techniques, collecting data through in-depth semi-structured interviews,based on projective procedures on images and drawings, in order to answer the question about the subjectivecharacteristics of the immigrant population. The results show the centrality of issues on obtaining economicincome and the satisfaction of basic needs in the framework of family and entrepreneurial activities. It isconcluded that there are basic unmet needs associated with the relevance of designing relevant public services
