Resumen

This article analyses the process of feminization that took place in the Juvenile Justice in Chile between 1928 and 1968. Through the study of the primary ranks of the judiciary in the period, it is possible to establish that Juvenile Justice operated as professional development space for female lawyers who pursued a professional career in the judiciary. However, it is also possible to observe that the entry of women into this area of justice led to a devaluation as a space for male professional development.
