Resumen
This article is the result of a research that analyzed the policy of incorporating digital technologies in the Chilean school system in the last decades. This analysis is based on the evaluation of the available scientific evidence, defining and establishing its contributions, limitations, opportunities and main challenges. Through a systematic review of the literature and the selection of texts based on the criteria proposed by the Prisma protocol, 23 articles were selected, whose content was analyzed through a categorized classification. The results obtained make it possible to identify the progression and, at the same time, the main milestones of the policies of inclusion of digital technologies in the Chilean school system. In addition, it was possible to identify the main guidelines that have been promoted since the early 1990s and until today. According to the evidence analyzed, Chile has pending tasks in terms of coverage, digital development, pedagogical integration, and a strategic and joint vision for the future.
