Resumen

The right to privacy in Spain must be examined from a triple point of view: that of the Council of Europe, that of the European Union, as well as that of national legal systems. These systems of fundamental rights are interrelated with each other, creating a dialogue between courts, as well as changes in the content of this fundamental right that can be protected inside of the legal order Spanish.
