It analyzes the construction of the figure of the sister, and alleged would-be murderer of the children, Euldarisa Puelma Ugarte, in the testimonies given and defense strategies employed in the case. The analysis contributes to the study of the discourses of female crime and female violence, from a perspective that combines gender studies and the history of vulnerable children.
