Resumen
This paper explains the need to constitutionalize the right of every person not to be subjected to enforced disappearance. As a context, the international normative framework of the phenomenon and its concept are determined. The pending challenges in relation to disappearances committed in dictatorship and in democracy are also addressed. Based on the above, some key arguments are developed to defend the constitutional regulation proposal.
