Resumen
Covid-19 has generated a great psychosocial impact on the world population, including children, adolescents and young people, who have also been affected in their social and emotional lives as a result of preventive confinement. The objective of this study was to measure the psychosocial impact of covid-19 on young people from the Comprehensive Foundation for Social Development of the municipality of Malambo-Atlántico, Colombia; For which an online survey was designed to explore aspects of family relationships, with friends and with neighbors or other close people, as well as to identify the emotions most experienced by these young people during confinement. The results reveal that both adolescents and young adults, especially the latter, indicate that they are affected in frequency, sharing, communication, closeness and emotional support in their relationships with family, friends and neighbors or other people, experiencing mostly emotions such as sadness, stress, fear, and anxiety.
