Results: The weight (p = 0.000), BMI (p = 0.000) and the CW (p = 0.000) showed significant changes with the intervention. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure did not improve significantly (p > 0.05). Cardio capacity, maximum dynamic force, hand grip strength and the bioenergetics capacity improved its levels reached statistical significance (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The intervention was feasible of developing, with high adhesion, it did not present risk for the health of the subjects and the physical condition increased significantly, in addition each 1 kg of weight lost there was a decrease of approximately 0,5 mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 1 cm in the contour waist, improving the conditions of the participants.
