Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the underlying factors that influence satisfaction volunteers Juegos Suramericanos of Santiago 2014 The study involved 688 volunteers, who were submitted to a social survey designed to determine the level of satisfaction regarding this experience. Data analysis was performed using a principal components factor analysis, revealing the existence of three underlying variables that influence the level of satisfaction: coordinator group work, individual performance and working conditions.
