Abstract

It is presented the product of the searching work aimed to analyze the use of asynchronous and synchronous communication tools in the private banking sector of the Maracaibo municipality. The population consisted of thirty-seven (37) workers who work in different areas of the banks. Data collection was carried out through a survey. As a result, there is evidence that there is insufficiency in the use of Information and Communications Technologies - ICT -, thus leaving behind innumerable benefits that these technologies have.
