Abstract
The article presents the results of a qualitative research as part of the curricular innovation process at the SEK University of Chile. In the proposal, the micro-curricular design process is characterized by learning outcomes from a constructivist approach. Participatory techniques were used, based on teamwork. The result is a micro-curricular planning strategy based on the relationship between the goal and learning outcomes that favors the design of learning in the classroom.
