N2 - This article presents a study carried out at a public secondary school in Barcelona, where 70% of student enrolment are migrant students. The study had the aim to find out what kind of teaching practices in the classroom work towards intercultural inclusion. The methodology process was carried out based on observations, individual interviews and group discussions. The results show an active collaborative work between students, teachers and the management team, consideration of the socio-educational and cultural difficulties that their students face and an active professional commitment. The results also show how the school may be reproducing the marginality of these migrant groups in society´s broader context.
