Abstract

The chapter presents the reader with the successful case of the BoxMagic app, a Chilean gym management platform that is expanding in Latin America, and is presented as a solution to the lack of a tool that, in addition to managing reservations, would allow tracking user payments, which until a few years ago were not used to this format in a region with a population with little banking penetration. The volumen of user payment income for the last 3 years are presented, in the context of the pandemic. The chapter has been able to conclude that although the fitness industry has suffered financially in the last 2 years, it has been favored by the growth of the fitness industry.
