The study intends to analyze the management culture in Ecuadorian sports organizations with a focus on high performance and popular leagues. The methodology is based on a qualitative approach and on the method of the well-founded theory of Strauss and Corbin. The results reveal that there is a managerial task that attempts against a tight managerial culture that guarantees a successful performance at the local, regional and international level.
