Abstract

In the original version of this article, published on September 2018, we noticed an error in the abstract, in Table 1, and in the methods section, regarding the inter-set rest time described for the traditional-set group (i.e., 150 s). The correct inter-set rest time for the traditional-set group is 120 s. These changes have no material impact on the conclusions of our paper. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
