Abstract

The objective of this paper is to propose a quantitative methodology for the management of work teams through fuzzy logic and analytical network processing (ANP) for managerial decision-making in companies in the small and medium-sized business sectors. Through bibliographic research, the most influential variables were identified. The occurrences of these events were determined by the environment and their respective relevant variables for inclusion in the model. Qualitative data were transformed into quantitative data through fuzzy logic. The interactions of the variables among themselves in ANP were evaluated to estimate the best work teams or the members of each of them.
