Abstract
Through this work we intend to describe how the management or administration of waters in Chile is organized, basically stating that there is a dual management system of them. Next, we state how to distinguish between organizations that exercise rights and others that exercise authority that derive from public function of relevant powers. In conclusion, to give it a dogmatic configuration within the phenomenon of self-regulation towards the public regulation path.
