Research interests

David Toloza-Ramírez is a Speech and Language Therapist from the Universidad Austral de Chile. He holds a Master’s degree in Neurosciences at Universidad Autónoma de Chile. After finishing his Master’s degree, he started publishing several studies related to normal and pathological ageing. Since 2020, he has been Assistant Professor and Researcher at Universidad Andrés Bello. Currently, David is a Ph.D. candidate in Neurosciences at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His current research focuses on language in ageing by implementing advanced neuroimaging techniques to explore language processing in the brain. In 2021, he obtained governmental funds from the Agencia Nacional de Investigación y Desarrollo (ANID) to further his Ph.D. project.
